E-xact is a Canadian company which offers both Canadian and US funds processing. The cost is approximately $185 CAD setup fee and $45/month + $0.25/transaction. The later figures are lower
with increased volume transactions.
PayPal.com (International)
PayPal is a free service, but for each transaction they take 2.9% of the transaction amount plus $0.30. Verisign, a former and largely used gateway, was bought by PayPal.

PSiGate (Canadian based E-Commerce)
PSiGate offers totally seamless & quick transactions affiliated with TD Bank. Includes the payment gateway and merchant account. The account allows both US and Canadian Credit Cards and is $99.00 setup and $29.95/ month.

Offers the ability to process Credit Cards internationally in over 140 countries.
$400 US setup, $50/mo + $0.40/trans + $0.10/trans for fraud protection + ~3.25%/trans
